What the manual includes
Each manual is built per product family. We start from your 3D model and whatever technical information you already have, even if it is scattered across datasheets, emails or shop drawings.
- Product identification, intended use and reasonably foreseeable misuse
- Safety instructions with DANGER, WARNING and CAUTION signal words per ANSI Z535.6
- Transport, storage, lifting and step-by-step installation with exploded views
- Commissioning, operation, preventive maintenance and a troubleshooting table
- Spare parts list using the same numbering as the drawing
- English and Spanish versions, laid out in parallel
Which markets it serves
For the European Union, the content of the instructions is set by the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, which replaces Directive 2006/42/EC and applies from 20 January 2027. For the United States, buyers and certification labs usually ask for installation instructions and safety messages aligned with ANSI Z535.
We prepare the document with that structure. The CE declaration of conformity is signed by the manufacturer, and UL certification is issued by an accredited laboratory: the manual is part of the file, not the certification.
How it works
We start with a pilot of one family. We sign the NDA, receive your CAD (STEP, IGES or SolidWorks), propose the table of contents and the hazards the manual must cover, and deliver a first illustrated draft. Your team reviews it in two included rounds.
Once the pilot is approved, the same template is applied to the remaining families, so all your manuals share structure, numbering and style.

Does the manual guarantee CE marking or a UL listing?
No. CE marking is declared by the manufacturer after its conformity assessment, and a UL listing is granted by the laboratory. The manual covers the instructions and safety messages with the structure those processes require.
Which languages do you deliver?
English and Spanish as standard. If your distributor is in Germany, we can include a German version in the proposal.
Can I edit the manual later?
Yes. We deliver the PDF and editable source files, plus the illustrations as SVG and PNG.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is set per family in the proposal, based on page and illustration count. The shop lists templates with example prices.
